Applicants must provide: Social Security card, Current NC Drivers license and/or valid NC ID

Copy of their most recent check stub or printed proof of income in addition to the application.

Terms and Conditions

We check credit scores to ensure there are no rental collection accounts or evictions from previous landlords.

Rental history is verified. Criminal backgrounds are checked for violent and felony crimes.

Employment is verified that you have been FULL TIME on current job consecutively for 6 months.

Income Requirements: 4 TIMES the amount of rent according to the property of interest, all living expenses are considered.

A calculated point system is used to determine the outcome.
